Nature of Dwarf Spheroidal Galaxies
45 мин.
Аннотация:
Dwarf spheroidal galaxies is likely the most abundant type of galaxies in
the Universe. Their abundance and internal structure are still poorly
understood. In many respects they are at the font end of our understanding
how galaxies form and they are related to the dark matter. The Dwarf
Spheroidal Galaxies represent the biggest problem for the modern
cosmology. I will review properties of dSph focusing on one of the most
difficult problems: too-big--to-fail.
