Abstract

In this catalog the results related to high-energy gamma-ray sources obtained from the Energetic Gamma Ray Experiment Telescope (EGRET) on the Compton Gamma Ray Observatory are summarized for the period from 1991 April to 1992 Nov. 17, called phase I. This phase of the Compton Observatory mission was devoted to an all-sky survey.
