The Clark Lake 30.9 MHz Galactic plane survey

Abstract
The Galactic plane has been mapped at 30.9 MHz with the Clark Lake TPT
telescope giving unprecedented resolution for such a low frequency.
The synthesized beam is 13'x11.1' at the zenith. Contour maps
and a source list are presented for the regions 350^o <l < 59^o,
84^o <l < 97, and 133^o < l < 250, with |b| <=2^o-3^o.
The source list contains integrated flux debnsities and positions for 702
discrete emission regions. Sensitivity is confusion limited and varies from
~5 Jy/beam in the inter Galaxy to ~1-2 Jy/beam toward the outer Galaxy.

Description of source list
The source list which accompanies the countour maps is presentede in Table
4 and lists 702 small-to-medium-diameter (< 2^o) discrete emission
sources. The first column identifies the sources based on their position in
Galactic longiture and latitude to the nearist tenth of degree or to
approximately one-half of a beamwidth. The prefix NEK (after the author)
has been attached in order to distinguish this catalog from preceding and
following ones. Columns 2 and 3 are RA and Dec (epoch 1950.0).
The typical positional accuracy is ~5'-10'. However, offsets of up to
15'-20' remain for a few field that could not be corrected for the effects
of ionospheric refraction.
A "p" in the forth column indicates that the source is unresolved.
The last column provides the most likely higher frequiency identification
of the source if one is avalable. The following abbreviations for source
