Spectra of the various characteristics of interstellar clouds

Under the data of the catalogue of HI absorption line obtained on RATAN-600 it is revealed 98 interstellar HI clouds with the sizes from 0.2 up to 20 pc, with masses from 10E-2 up to 100 masses of the Sun also spectra of the sizes, concentration and masses were constructed. Let's mark, that high sensitivity and resolving power of the antenna has allowed to increase investigated range in a small masses at 2 order (figure 1). The comparison of an obtained spectrum of masses with theoretical ones has shown, that at large masses in interstellar matter the process of coalescence in cloud-cloud collisins predominates. The blockage, found out by us, of a spectrum of masses in the field of small masses testifies to existence of gears of evaporation of clouds, similarly to that, which acts in model of interstellar matter Mc Kee and Ostriker : strong influence hot (T = 10E+6) phases.
